We are looking for an experienced shift leader for our QSR.
Your duties will be as follows:
1.
Managing a fully staffed restaurant with a hands-on style that requires a positive attitude and lots of energy.
2.
Managing the quality of Product, Customer Service, Cleanliness and organization of the facility.
3.
Each shift, you will be expected to work a functional position either in the Kitchen/Front Counter or Drive thru.
4.
Responsible for cash management and security of store cash.
5.
Responsible for managing Labor Costs on your respective shifts per the General Managers instructions and the schedule.
6.
Abiding by Brand and ownership standards for food, service, and cleanliness.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
