The ideal candidate possesses an extraordinary administrative and organization skills.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK UNTIL 7 PM AND HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include:
Obtain and process new patient paperwork (EMR) Maintain patient info in the EMR & spreadsheets Schedule patients (EMR) Retrieve patients from reception Perform general administrative office duties PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS include:
Outstanding customer service.
Superior organizational and time management skills.
Extremely detail oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Punctual and reliable, with a professional attitude.
Genuine interest in health and wellness.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS include:
At least 2 years' experience in medical practice.
Proficient with electronic medical records software and MS Office is required.
